can someone point me to the correct crystal replacement for my 145.022-69 speedy?

    http://www.ofrei.com/page_168.html

Orfrei has a ton but I cannot find which one I need.
I'm sure this has been discussed but the crystal on mine is one that is new but I'm sure is aftermarket crap...... It started cracking on me for no reason. Either it has no tension ring as the chrono slowly started struggling to get past the 10 second mark.
I'm about at my wits end with this watch... I've had nothing but bad luck! BTW, watch keeps perfect time but if I can source the crystal myself it would save a lot of money.

    Thank you!

This is what came up with a search for 145.022 but I have no clue which one to get.
Yellow, black, etc..... Most have an extra number as well. Instead of 145.022 there is 145.0222

Otto Frei likes to make up their own part numbers for some things...or add "OME" in front of a partial Omega part number.

Otto Frei doesn't have the standard moonwatch crystal in stock anymore.
