Speedsonic Lobster Batterie Leak

Hello fellow Omega watch enthusiasts,

I am the proud owner of an Omega Speedsonic Lobster F300.

I took the watch to Omega service, and the diagnosis was a leaking battery. They said the watch is beyond repair and that no spare parts are available.

My last hope for saving my Speedy is to make a cry for help here.

Is there anyone in Europe who is familiar with this problem and perhaps has maybe spare parts or a replacement movement for a transplant to give my Speedy a second life?

I look forward to your replies and thank you in advance.

Best regards Phantomas from Stuttgart, Germany

Just dropping in English translation for others!

"The watchmaker opened the cover, saw the damage, and closed it again immediately."

You might want to invest in a 5€ tool to open the back and post a picture here.

If not get in touch with Ludmil in Bulgaria (email can be found in previous posts if not ping me), he's got F300 parts, knowledge and great rates, and if it can be fixed he'll do it.

Sorry, the watchmaker from the Omega service in Stuttgart opened the watch, saw the damage, and closed it again.
