    I haveseen some reduced speedmasters without a serial number on the back. Is this common? This one is in amazing condition with box and papers but doesn't have a serial number. Thoughts? Was it just really well covered to prevent frauds?

    I have one without serial number on back too. Everything in mine from what I see is correct.

    Here are the two I have. There is no serial number on the back. I know some have but mine does not. Both watches were serviced past few months and my watchmaker said everything is real. We were both puzzled by the lack of serial number. Best guess is that in the past the movements were serviced by swapping. I heard Omega actually does that for this model as it is difficult to service.
