Maybe someone can not or would not read what is written
For sure someone cannot read the whole thing. When many statements contradict one, this one is just meaningless. (Many Omega archive extracts in the past are actually meaningless if you're not aware.)

If you want some good opinions or ideas about your watch please post a few more in focus photos of the watch. If you think it's a NASA prototype I'd love to hear the story behind how you acquired it.

It's indeed peculiar, the only movement I found with 7 numbers serial is this old Lemania movement:
