Hi
Recently I bought this beautiful speedmaster straight writing with very early serial number 3100xx.
I am not sure wether this dial is repainted or original.
It is very hard to catch true colour of dial, but it looks it is getting brown slightly.
I did my best taking photos with my phone.
Thanks for advice..

From the pictures I see no obvious concerns. What is your concern?

Great example of that ref. The indices look to be the right color to me. Enjoy it.

My concern is that tritium on dial is not same on all numbers. It looks to me there are some white parts where tritium didnt cover all white indicates. I have seen something similar on other speedmasters, but I am not sure if it is relumed dials or factory lume?

I have always assumed this is the uneven deterioration of old lume. As you mentioned, it's common. If it had been repainted or re-lumed, I think it would probably look much more uniform.

Dial looks completely fine. I don't see any brown though.

It's also much easier to post pictures direct to this forum and it makes close inspection for others much easier.

It’s called rot or patina. Maybe just resell it and clear your worries.

@Igora
You described your new watch perfectly...it is a "beautiful Speedmaster."
Judging from your pics, the lume is original. It's not at all unusual for Tritium to shrink over time--that's why you can see the white base layer on the hour plots.
