Just got off the phone to my AD... I simply had two questions...

Q1) Does the A11 50th bracelet fit on the Silver Snoopy 50th?
A1) They will endeavor to find out and confirm

Q2) As an AD and not knowing what there allocation would be or when, is it feasible to buy on my B'day next year?
A2) Currently they have not heard from Omega on how many or when these pieces would be allocated, this is the same situation across the UK.

I was advised I'm #2 on their list 馃榿

This gives me time to save more before deciding if an ~拢8k price tag is worth the price. They also mentioned a further price rise is planned THIS YEAR 馃槻 in relation to precious metal related pieces, they didn't know if this would affect the Silver Snoopy 50th...

I have no idea why the 45th snoopy prices are so high. They were around 12-15k gbp just a year - 18 months ago ; now they are a bat S crazy 30-40k
Yes it鈥檚 kinda gone crazy when you see on Chrono24 some 45th Snoopy鈥檚 above some solid gold 50th Speedmasters especially when the Moonshine Gold had half the edition numbers, I guess listing and selling at a price are two different things.
I do love the 45th Snoopy and this new ones as good (which I鈥檇 not thought as likely).
Well done to Omega meeting such a high bar....so where to next?

dont be too happy. I was #3 (own), #4 (SO), #8 (son) with an OB (non Omega owned) but they have just been told they will not get a single piece allocated. I am forced onto a different OB (luckily I also have my fingers there but with no sales history with them, it might come to nought). And you are with an AD, I would be nervous.

I simply love this newest Snoopy especially after watching the video the other day on it. I even added my name at a local Mayors and plan to sell my PAM111 to make room in case I get the call. I wasn鈥檛 crazy for the last snoopy especially seeing they were fetching grey market $18k plus a while back but this latest one just pops. Especially with that very creative case back.

Let's just say after today's phone call from my AD I have no need to be nervous although my wallet is now a little lighter 馃槈 馃憤

Oh, I also received no confirmation regarding if the A11 50th bracelet would fit this watch...

The A11 50th bracelet doesn't come as part of the package for the Silver Snoopy 50th Anniversary piece, as such, this would be considered as an aftermarket change from the strap supplied. However the answer to my initial question isn't no 馃槜.

Edit: to be clear, I was told "to answer your original question, does the bracelet fit on the Silver Snoopy Award 50th Anniversary piece, the answer is not no."

I really like the design of this watch, but I see the piece as a novelty watch. It鈥檚 great as part of a collection, but it wouldn鈥檛 be a regular daily or the one quintessential Speedmaster for me. I鈥檇 probably wear it once a month. As such, I鈥檓 prioritizing the funds for a new Sub as the next purchase while I wait for my steel 321. If after that, Snoopy 3 still appeals to me, I鈥檒l pick one up (grey seller if no longer available from OB).

OB called today to ask if I am still interested, I am but not until 2021, happily the OB isn't expecting any watches until 2021 so that works for me. As I was out walking the dog I had no cards with me when they called so am meeting at the store tomorrow to pay my deposit.

Yeah, mama won't need any of those extra things when you move house. "Honey, I used the money for a Snoopy".

Congratulations @Martin_J_N 馃憤

I'm chuffed to bits for you knowing you missed out on the A11 and with your current plans on moving...

I've had a similar conversation with my AD today, I believe all OBs and slowly ADs are now politely saying put up or shut up to interested parties 馃榿

Expectations are set for late Q1 or Q2 2021 which is absolutely fine for me as it provides a few more months to put funds aside.

That point and a few others has already been made by the finance manager (wife), 'another watch?', what about the move?, have you set aside the money?, blah, blah, blah? Good job this isn't coming until 2021.

Yes, that's not a question I'm looking forward to answering 馃槜

My get out is that I should have sold one of the toy cars by then and also invested additional funds into the house, that and SWMBO is looking forward to some more jewelry for Xmas... fingers crossed that does the job 馃憤

The only flack will from be the lad who is desperate for me not to sell the car 馃檨

Got one reserved already and its a done deal. The caseback is probably one of the more unique ones in the modern omega collection

Its beyond bat-crap insane. I have to think it's somehow Instafluencers mixed with speculation.
It is nuts and one of my buddies was fortunate enough to get one when they released. He has been wearing it, not sitting in a safe. When i told him how much they are going for USED, he flipped out. It is his everyday wearer.

I take that response for the bracelet for as we don鈥檛 know yet because we haven鈥檛 tried.

I have spoken to a guy at HQ and he asked me to request the 321 bracelet from the OB which I did already, so I would simply assume that it will fit....

Isn't the 321 bracelet 19mm and therefore the A11 50SS 20mm would fit the Snoopy 50SS.

Double negative... not allowed to confirm but pointed out the answer is not no.
