    I purchased a pre-owned Speedmaster Professional, circa 1998 recently. My questions are as follows;
    1) How can I determine exact model number of the watch? I have warranty papers, operating instructions and International Warranty Card, but the reference is blank.
    2) Regarding the warranty card, what does the 4 digit number on the right below the date and above the seal represent?
    Thanks in advance.

    Its the country code for the U.S. If your watch has the solid caseback the model number is 3570

    Thanks. I misspoke on the model name. It's a Speedmaster Automatic (not professional), 18K on strap, with the registers at 12, 6 and 9. I'm thinking its a 3613. Are they marked on the inside case back?

    There should be a serial number on the outside of the case back - if you don't want to publish it here openly, send me a PM and I will look it up for you.

    It's a ref. 36133000, with an Omega 1152 inside (ETA 7750 base).

    Cheers, Al
