came across this on craigslist. Seller does not seem to be knowledgable at all about watches and has no movement pictures. Says everything runs perfectly. What should I look out for on this? Can anyone give me input on the watch based on the pictures? Priced at $1,800
It might just be the poor pictures, but that back looks terrible. The engraving is sloppy, but the biggest problem is that the tool grooves are far too small. Meet him at a watchmaker and have the back opened. It should be at least educational.
