·I had a Speedmaster 3495.50 with 1861 with 77m serial bought in 2000. Serial is only a rough guess.

Evitzee is one of the guys above that posted his serial number for you to compare.
The box set looks complete to me. The two "books" under the box should be a little introduction to the Speedmaster and the second is an instruction booklet to change the straps.
The box set should include: paper weight, nato strap, nylon strap, loupe, strap changing tool and two sets of spring bars.

As I stated originally, my Speedmaster bought June 28, 2017 has a 7875xxxx serial number. The hang tag seems to have a date code of '4/17', or perhaps it is something else. But your watch dates to early 2017 by all measures.
