Appreciate the link. Looks great, I just don't have enough experience to go with an international deal.

Yeah I saw that one. Price is not realistic at all, and the seller is in South Korea. I wouldn't be interested in an international deal.

All this talk of Alaska Project is no good without an image, so here's mine for those who need reminding. Oh, and good luck to OP in finding a good one!

So, I was hoping that I could purchase and have it shipped to the US, but omega won't allow it. Plus they stated that import duty would be something like 18% with the dollar rate. Not sure how accurate that estimate is, but importing doesn't look feasible at this point and I don't have the opportunity to fly to Vancouver. So, if anyone has run into one recently at an AD in the US, please keep me in mind. Love that watch, so keeping fingers crossed!

It's been a few months now... But the NYC boutique had one when I went in. Give them a call.

Just an advice. If i were you i would be mailing as many as possible AD and boutiques enquiring for it. I am always doing so and so far in most of the cases i get happy ending.

I thought about buying one a few years ago and now the prices have really climbed. I'd still like to have one but for now I went the panda dial route with a 3573.
