·Hey everyone, new to the forums and seeking advice.
Had the pleasure of dropping my watch on tiles... and polywatch is of no use here LOL. The good news is that only the crystal was impacted and the watch runs without any issues and I don't see any signs of damage elsewhere.
After reading the horror stories of the Omega Toronto service center and the long wait times (4+ months seems to be the standard...) I don't want to send it in for a full service and just want the crystal replaced. What that be possible via Omega? Otherwise, does anyone have any local suggestions for watchmakers that can fix this in Toronto?
Thank you!
