I actually had the chart on my mind the other day thinking it sure needs an update. That said I am very thankful for the person who originally made it.
Would be very nice if we could submit concrete proof and a central party could update the list with that information.
I thought about this when I first got a 1035 marked 2nd half of 1972.

As far as I'm aware that chart is displaying what bracelets Speedmasters were generally sold with during what years. Just because a bracelet was available doesn't mean it was being offered as standard fit for a Speedmaster.

Don't forget you can still buy an 1171. Doesn't mean Omega is shipping any Speedmasters on them.

Some of the flat links dated later like in the early 70s were service items so yes they are genuine but no they wouldn't have been fitted as std in period.

I am beginning to take what is written on extracts with a large pinch of salt, particularly those procured by auction houses. There is something rotten in the state of Denmark (no offence Troels)

So are we in the general consensus that this EOA is indeed incorrect? I guess this would also rule out the 1039/516 coming standard on a ‘74 145.022 delivers to the US?

Thanks for all the knowledgeable replies guys!

Not at all. It should be presumed correct.
Your terminology is a bit of the isssue. When most of us refer to a ‘74, it is the reference year. So a 74 is a
145.022-74 which was produced starting in 1975. The extract shown above is for a 145.022-71 produced in 1974 with a 1039/516 bracelet which make perfect sense.

That website does not work unfortunately. I know the one I want is 1506 but it's not easy to find that bracelet.

You'll need patience and to keep checking places like eBay and the sales section on this forum.

You can't post a WTB ad until you have 200 posts but you can send sellers a pm.

1506 bracelets are hard to find. Used for both 105.012 Speedies and 165/6.024 Seamasters so lots of collectors are looking for them.

FYI, I don’t actually have a bracelet store.😁

The more I search the more extracts I am seeing with the actual bracelet type specified.
I am still waiting on my EOA for my 145.022-71 (Prod yr 74) to arrive to see if it mentions a bracelet

The below pic shows a 1039/516 on a late 145.022-71 (Prod yr Dec, 1973) so adding feasability to a 145.022 produced in '74 with a 1039 bracelet.
