·I'm on the fence on this one until I see it in person. The blue may be a bit too bright and contrast with gold is a bit much. I also don't like the flat dial. I'd prefer some depth and texture on the subdials.

I saw this beauty today... but I have the impression guys on this forum are not really interested... why?
Had the chance to look at it two weeks ago in the OB in Zurich. I could have bought it, it was not reserved for a client or anything.
Live impressions confirmed my initial impression from pictures: For me the Dial and Bezel are too wild, given the many colors used (Blue, White, Gold, Red). The ceramic dial is plain flat and does not have any depth for the sake of structure.
I told them to inform me when the Gold version is in, being open that I am not interested to buy but would like to have a look at it. Will report back.

Here it is... well simply I love it and fit almost perfect with the one my wife wears !
For discount... I’m not a good negotiator but it was a definite no 😀

·Saw it in a boutique couple weeks ago. Blue dial with gold accents work very well. Much much better than the previous Apollo 17 LE.

Here is a pic under direct light ... this blue color is definitely better than the one on omega website I think

For those interested in the gold one, I was able to try it on in April already (OB Zurich). Did a quick report, but didn't have too much to say about it. There are some pics however...

·Wow, that really is a beautiful presentation. Still not for me, but I imagine if it were I'd have to build a display case so I wouldn't have it hiding out in my closet!
