What are your thoughts on it?
I think that something is wrong with it , between dial and the case .

Not only is he rude, but now the OP has deleted the original photos. He is rapidly becoming a poster-child for what a new member should NOT do.
Is this some kind of baptism for being a new member of the community?
I don't think I've ever been rude or rude to anyone.
I just didn't like how a member read my request for help to the community with people with a lot more knowledge than me.
As I intend to purchase a speedmaster from a specific period, of course I have already informed myself, but I have my doubts which I tried to clarify, in the right place, I think.
As for the photos, they are from an advertisement I found and I would like to know your opinion.
The way I am, I would have no problem apologizing if I saw reasons to do so.

Hopefully it's more of an exorcism.

What specifically do you think is wrong? If you’ve no idea, that’s fair enough but it’s frustrating when new members seeking help only tell us half a story and perhaps don’t try and do any work for themselves.

Just be open, tell us what you know, what your opinions are and what your concerns are and perhaps when others are trying to help you, be more courteous than sarcastically referring to their “precious time”

What I find strange is the silver ring around the dial.
Thank you for your words, but I'm not hiding anything, I'm just looking for help to make a correct purchase of a Speedmaster 71's.
The photos I published are of a watch I saw advertised and being from 71, it interests me, but I found this ring strange...

Thank you and best regards

Hello , can you tell what you think about this 145.022-71 . Thanks

This is an average/running example from what I can see from those pictures.
The hands are wrong.
The crystal is wrong.
The bezel is average.
The dial appears to have little attraction and has lost much of the lume. Average.
We can’t tell much about the case or bracelet from those pictures.

This should very much be at the lower end of the price scale for a -71. I’d encourage you to add more money and buy a better example of you can afford it.

mjvoma,

Here is a link to a 1971 Speedmaster that I sold here on OF not too long ago:

https://omegaforums.net/threads/1971-speedmaster-professional-in-beautiful-condition.150615/

This example was fully original and in very good condition. You can study the photos in the listing and use this example as a reference and standard of comparison for any 1971 Speedmaster that you may be considering for purchase.
Thank you very much for your post, I really wouldn't hesitate in buying this watch...
It is very important to have this watch as an example to evaluate the watches I come across.

Is there some reason that you want a 1971 model specifically? Is it a birth year watch for you?

I can’t see any other pictures in the thread, for continuity, just add them to a new post, don’t amend an old one as it ruins the flow of the discussion.

You really will get more out of this if you post your own opinions along with the pictures. Even if you’re not experienced, communicating what you like, what you don’t like and what concerns you shows willing and encourages other comments.

Thanks again for your help. I'll do that way
