Hi everyone,

apologies before hand if this is a repeat question but I have been looking online and I may have found a potential solution but wanted to just get other opinions.

I currently own an Omeage Speedmaster 3750.50.00 with the 1998/840 bracelet and I'm looking for a half link for it. I have found this one but it seems one other user found out that it won't fit according to this thread. So no luck here.

I have then found another forum post here where a user tried fitting a half link from seamaster 1610 bracelet. The user says it fit very well but didn't post any photos of the actual finished "product".
As anyone tried this before and does it actually work? I understand the link isn't the same and it might look different but nothing beats seeing a picture. The original post is quite old (from 2008) so no point in posting there (if someone suggests that!)

In the meantime I have found the potential half link and I'm quite tempted to just order it and try it out 馃榿

If anyone has tried this before do let me know and maybe post a picture of the result?

cheers

115ST1610 is the half-link you want, and you may need 2 depending on how you want the watch to fit on your wrist.

I wouldn't buy the half-link from that website you posted of the 1560... I think those links are 16mm and your 1998 bracelet links are 18mm. Maybe that link might fit on the older 1499 or 1498 bracelets, I don't know.

I had the 115ST1610 on my 1998 and the fit & finish looked identical to the regular 114ST1998 links.

Thanks meme-dweller! Yes, I meant to share the 115ST1610 link but somehow got mistaken.
