Hi guys! I'm selling my very cool speedmaster 145.022-68, known as transitional because it still has the 321 vintage look with the newer 861 movement. It has been produced for only a year, making this reference very rare. I bought this watch to the first owner family in Geneva. The watch was delivered in Switzerland in September 1969. Bezel. A really beautiful DON. just a small ding between 65 and 70. Dial. Applied logo, stepped dial, in a good condition. The tritium has a strong patina. Some loss as seen in the picture. Hands. In a super condition. They have a very cool orange patina. Tritium react perfectly. Movement. cal. 861. all functions work as they should. It was serviced last year. Case. In a nice condition, maybe once lightly polished in the past. The caseback looks unpolished to me. The engraving is still visible but shows some wear. Crystal. Original with the logo on it. Bracelet. 1171 (11) trapezium logo with screw link. 633 end links. Accessories: No box or paper. With the extract of archive. I'm located in Lausanne, Switzerland. F2F is preferable, but the watch can be send anywhere. No return. Price is 9000 CHF or 9000 EUR net to me. Now 8'500 CHF / EUR Please PM with any questions and thanks to OF for the space! Here are the pictures!
Is that an actual crack/split in the steel case under the bezel in the close up? I've never seen that before. The seller asked me to show him to what I referred. It appeared to me the close ups were meant to show issues. I hope it's just dirt or some optical trick. I'd much rather the watch be undamaged.
The close up where just here to show the watch. Nothing more, nothing less. If I saw an issue, I would have told it in the first place (as I said about the lume for example). I guess what you see is the endlink reflexion. I'm still not sure where you see a crack. I'll put other pictures.
I bet you're right. It must have been some reflection from the end links. It seemed unlikely that a case could crack like that. Sorry for the alarm..good luck with the sale.
Don’t be sorry. If there was a doubt somewhere, i’m glad it’s gone. This said, this beauty is still available
