Speedmaster 145.022-68 Mid-case ID

This transitional speedy has been sitting on eBay for quite some time. I can’t decide if the mid-case is correct for the reference. Serial number is listed as 27XXXXXX which puts it potentially close to the 145.022-68 shown in the Chronoholic case study

I haven’t studied it super closely, but after taking a quick look, this looks like an MK4, which can be correct for a -67, -68, and -69.

Thank you for looking this was my initial thought as well. The lugs and lack of banana profile make me think that, however some of the camera angles aren’t the best.
