Does anyone know the size or part number of the pusher stem for a Speedmaster 145.0022 service case with an 861 movement?

I have added the only info I have below. I think it might be 093.0015 but not sure.

Where did you find that chart?

I only have the vintage service documents for the movement. Never seen anything for the case parts.

He is referring to something similar to what's on page 10 of this: https://www.watchdoctor.biz/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/1861.pdf

OP - Based on the example on page 10, wouldn't it be 093ST0016 that you need for 145.0022? Please note that I'm just basing this off of my understanding of the technical document.

Just what I need, another rabbit hole ...

Amazing how information gets burried so as to be almost unsearchable.

Also curious this company does not service chronos.

Thanks for the help. Another sign the -16 is the correct size is that size is 2-3 times pricier, on the open market, than the other sizes…
