They did fantastic work on my 4.5 , laser welded a huge ding and then brushed case to look as new. Can't praise Rocco highly enough.

 

If that were the original finish, MAYBE keep it in the box. But since it has already been redone (and VERY nicely), I would wear away.

I love my pristine Racing MkII and I wear it when I can - just be careful when doing so,wear long sleeves when moving around and you'll be fine

Not a racing dial but I thought I’d chime in and say I paid $1500 for mine.

 

Please take it out of the box & let it live a little , it's already been polished & in 5-10 years you can always do the same . Mine is not perfect by a country mile but even it it was I would still wear it .

 

Can anyone help me on the batton markers being orange please?

 

This one had some issues, but at $778 (on original bracelet), worth a risk. Now $1200 all in. IMHO, current market now closer to $2k.
