Probably about three weeks. A lot of time was actual print time, as some of the larger pieces took 15-16 hours each.

Geeked out last week on the SpaceX night launch. Amazing sight and surprised how slow the rocket seems to be relative to watching it.

An awesome kit, slightly let down by the goofy helmet / backpack combo they’ve put on the minifigs. I also need to get my paint brush out and paint a speedy on Buzz’s arm. 😀

I thought this would be an appropriate place to share the new NASA Goddard LRO recreation of Apollo 13's trip around the Moon as observed by the astronauts to celebrate the upcoming 50th anniversary.

While most here are familiar with the famous 14 second burn the real return to safety for Apollo 13 starts at 8:42:43 UTC on April 14, 1970, with the burn to initiate the free-return trajectory.
