Sometimes I give up searching for watches like this. Too old to investigate...

I’m assuming you didn’t give up on this one.... a real beauty.

If you’re too old, what else you going to do?

French case, in a 168.004 style?
But with much slimmer lugs.
Interesting to find an arrowhead dial in this style of case.

That back is mint, very nice. Not a fan of the strap though.

I see opening marks. The medallion is nice but it ain't mint by a long chalk...

Nice watch though.

Fair enough 👍 - I’ve seen so many polished to hell that this was a nice change. I’ll change my ‘mint’ to ‘good’.

You can’t be too careful with words, many years ago a friend used the word ‘pristine’ to describe a restored classic car he was selling. The buyer then threatened legal action and ended up getting the car a lot cheaper, as the only way it could be described as pristine was if it was leaving the factory 😒

Look at the small hour marker next to date window, seen it before?

The dial looks funny anyway with the placement of the arrowheads on the minute track

They actually look like rabbit ears.
and that dial is more cheese cloth than linen
