@Northernman - I've been to Norway before.....in Dec, so yes, weather is the deciding factor!

 

December is a good month for indoor activities....... Drinking beer and otherwise over indulging.
Winter? Come early March.
Summer? June/July.

Yea, we were indoors doing exactly that. It was awesome though!
