Solid Gold Connie bracelet...?

I've been looking at this 168.009 connie on ebay for the past several days. No intention of purchasing it but the bracelet caught my attention. I'm aware the solid gold c-case connie's came on the brick/expandable bracelets and the mesh bracelets, but I've never seen this bracelet type. Is it a genuine Omega bracelet that came on c-case connie's? It looks like the brick bracelet, but seems to be much thinner.
