·Up for sale is my 1680 Sub w/ MK1 dial, all original parts. Looking to buy something so unfortunately this gorgeous piece has to find a new owner.
Asking $12,000 shipped, payment by wire or Paypal (buyer pays fees and insurance)
Serial: 5 mil serial dates to 1977 production. The cool thing about this watch is is that the last 4 digits of the serial are also 1977, which makes this a killer birth year that year.
Case: excellent condition with thick and even lugs, crown guards. Numbers between lugs are clear.
Case back: original stamped 1680 inside; light engraving on the back (can be worked out fairly easily I think if you choose)
Dial: Flawless MK1 with creamy patina on plots and hands, all original and unadulterated; original silver date disk with open 6s and 9s
Bezel: insert is excellent with original tritium pip
Bracelet: 93150 with 11 links; links are tight
Watch is running well, no service history known, no box or papers
