    Dear enthusiasts,
I'm trying to find some of that soft, pliable plastic wrap that is sometimes wrapped around the crystal and watch after service. It seems 'attracted' to the watch crystal and wraps around well. Feels like vinyl.
Feels like it would be useful to use on my stored watches. Does anyone know whats the correct name for this is and where I might be able to get some?
    Thanks!

If you are just needing it for storage I would imagine plain plastic wrap you probably have in your kitchen would work just fine. By the way, love the avatar ! My roman numerals say HI

I know the stuff you're talking about, its great for storage and a lot thicker and stronger than something like cling wrap but almost as clingy. I need to get some myself when I can find it.

Cousins carry it, by Bergeon of course so it's stupidly priced.

For a 50 meter roll it's £29 + VAT and delivery, part number is Bergeon 7064 and available in 50 or 80mmm widths.

This works well, and is cheap as chips. Any craft store will have it, or something similar. Of course you do have to cut it yourself, but if you're that lazy, you can pay a four year old to do it for you. :p

Cousins also do their own, non-branded version for 1/3 of the price - just had a 50m roll of 50mm delivered this morning.
