See my problem is that as 1987, I've got too many expensive and unique birth year options, there's the overpriced Speedmaster Chuck Maddox Holy Grail 1987, the Rolex Daytona R series porcelain dial (The $50,000+ version of the SS Daytona only made in early 1987) and the more reasonable 168000, which I may consider, the last one being the shortest production submariner ever AFAIK for about 7 months in 1987

Yeah, to the Oilers in the Stanley Cup final - and they had a rookie goalie in Ron Hextall that season!

No, he's an extremely rare anti-gravitational parrot from the deepest Amazon.

And for reasons of completeness, here's my new GMT. 1968. I bought it off Scott Kaplan via Jacek. Highly recommended. Exactly. If not better, than described and at a very fair price. Right chuffed!

16760 Fat Lady

The Fat Lady (we are talking about watches here) are known for having dial issues. A lot after time became spotted and people rushed to get them replaced OR as in the case of this particular example, have them refinished. Awful refinishing job here..
