So noob questions and where to get service in Tampa area

Very recently got the vintage watch bug and just today made my first purchase of an Omega. I am a collector of all kinds of things but I am the type of collector that uses stuff. No safe/garage queens with me but I do take care of my items.

So I have a couple of questions

1. Can someone recommend a good service shop in the Tampa area? I don't need restoration/refurbs but good solid service for the watches I expect to buy.

2. What should I expect to spend for a basic service/maint? How often should I do a service if watches are in weekly use? Assuming no parts are needed etc.

Any other advice is well received.

I thought I had more questions, so I may edit this in the future. I searched the forum for a service shop in Tampa and came up empty. Go Gators 馃榾

Go Gators. Please...

I too am a Tampa Gator and just bought my first Omega...and it鈥檚 coming from Drawarms. Funny coincidence. I was searching the Forum for a service suggestion too. Did you settle on anyone? A friends dad owns a shop in Westshore Mall but I was hoping to find a recommendation from the board here. Cheers and beat Georgia today!

Thanks. I saw them online and thought they鈥檇 be worth talking to. I have one modern submariner and two vintage that need service. I might go by and get a feel for them. Was Tebow 15?

I had a vintage Connie 168.005 serviced by Masterpiece watch in Tampa. They did an excellent job, but I did have to prod to make sure the job was done correctly. See the thread https://omegaforums.net/threads/a-question-about-service-of-a-cal-561.60490/#post-753800. In the end Masterpiece replaced the rotor and all was well.

Not a good day to be a Gator.

Time to replace the coach.

Again.
