·Was it an auction or a Buy It Now purchase? If the latter, here in the UK you have a 14 day period to change your mind and can return it in the same condition for a refund minus postage costs.
ETA: I do not believe it has been serviced as I cannot see how any credible form of service would leave the movement in that filthy condition.
