Plenty of thoughts/threads/discussions (both here and all over the web) on the Smiths W10 and TimeFactors' reissue PRS-29...

    https://wornandwound.com/time-spec-smiths-w10/
    https://www.watchthatsweep.co.uk/hands-on-review-timefactors-smiths-prs29/
...etc....so I won't rehash details or belabor the point other than to mention the PRS now only has 1 version in 36mm [seemingly there was a period with both 36mm and 39mm sizes] with removable springbars, drilled lugs [18mm], and sapphire crystal with AR coating.

I love Smiths and have always fancied owning a Smiths Deluxe or JW Benson Everest watch, but being inclined to avoid radium dials I moved down the list. I couldn't make up my mind on whether to seek a vintage W10 or the TimeFactors' reissue, so I went for both (why buy 1 when you can buy 2 at twice or thrice the price?) and am twice as happy.

Thanks OF for feeding my interest and being a great resource!
    Enjoy the pics.
[PRS Nato strap accompanied the watch; the W10 strap is an AF0210 reproduction (https://af0210strap.com).]

Puzzled that given its military connections, Omega hasn't revived something like the Dynamic 3. Maybe the Swatch group thinks Hamilton is the "military" brand?

I have been on the same journey- got the PRS and am still waiting to find my Smiths- kudos on getting both. My PRS says hi.

    Thanks.
Took me a while to research this model. The exhibition of the original is really helpful.

Still an under-rated watch that wears so well. I love my Smiths 6B. Have occasionally thought about the Timefactors reissue, but the originals were made in my home town so I have a special affinity with them. My two Cheltenham-made watches:

I missed out on a beautiful late 50s DeLuxe at auction last fall, but Smiths is definitely one of those fascinating niche brands worth taking more than a glance at. I've heard good things about the Time Factors watches; can those here who have them support this claim? I've yet to come across one in person myself, but they have my interest piqued!
