I owned a Smiths presentation watch for many years but I found I didn't wear it that often so I sold it on. Lovely watches that often don't get the respect they deserve.
I like Smiths watches which aren't seen here in Texas. I love your thread featuring examples of Smiths watches.
I don't much like presentation watches with inscriptions, but strangely enough, as an American I do find the British presentation watches with their inscriptions to be appealing.
I know ... it makes no sense.
I can do a Smiths watch right here in Texas. I just can't do an inscribed one.
