I’ve seen them fitted to other 166.024 but my guess would be they have been fitted after factory production. Don’t think I’ve seen a photo of one in an original sales catalogue.

Good question.
I have 2 seamaster 300 with cyclop and I have also seen other examples, so I think these crystals could be original. Or maybe 1970's replacement parts.

 

Possibly yes. I believe some of the examples with cyclops also have an omega logo in the centre of the crystal.
