Sm 1000m 166.093 fake case(?)

Hi everyone,
i got this piece and i agree 99.99% with my watchmaker who says it's a fake case, and now i have to return,
but before i would like to hear what you think,
seller declared as prototype, dial is a clear replacement, movement 1012 37mil., the case looks very nice but...
have you ever seen an omega without hallmarks?
thank you a lot.

Honestly, I can't decipher the question you are asking or what you are trying to show in your photos.

However, it sounds to me like you bought it as a "prototype," and now you are thinking that it's fake. 🙄::facepalm1::🙄

yes exactly, i bought it as a prototype,
obviously I didn't see the inside of the case before I received it.
