I got a dark blue Omega alligator strap and clasp in September. It’s showing a crack in a weird spot. Is there a warranty on this? The AD that’s a hour away special ordered it for me.

That's not right. Omega should stand behind & replace.

Crocodile was at least 4 years old :whistling:

But Yes….for the price Omega charges/gouges for that strap. I would be straight on the blower to the place that you bought it…

I have an Omega croc strap thats over 5 years old now, plenty of wear showing on the edges but no cracks like that. Agreed with the others, ask for a replacement.

You haven't asked the AD you purchased it from? They're the folks that can make or break this deal. Not forum members. You'd think they'd make this right....Good luck.

    Is it an actual crack?
From the pic it looks like a product of the natural Croc pattern and it happens to randomly fall in that spot.
I could be wrong, but given the location of it, it may never pose a problem for the reasonable life of the strap. Keep in mind that Croc straps don't necessarily have the longest life span:thumbsdown:
