Rolex sent to Freese beginning of the year . From March onwards I contacted him several times , usually no response . Suddenly, out of the blue , got a message saying he was working on watch and it would be ready shortly .
Watch was returned, running fast and then stopped .
Decided to go to Rolex dealer they got watch going but it rattled .
Asked for refund which , at the moment , has been refused.
There are more details but think the above covers most things

Rolex not cheap but watch returned on time , keeps correct time and no rattle

'service' paid for . Watch , eventually, returned faulty . Refund requested and , so far , refused
no invoice - ask for refund - Maybe I just don't get it right now...

·I think you're lucky to have gotten your watch back at all--in any condition. There's a long-running Simon thread in the vintage omega section with many collectors waiting (sometimes years) on their watch.
