I cannot fid the link anymore, but it sold last sunday (seller munc-angel from Basel CH)
This selling price contrasts a lot with many asking prices on ch24 (>10000 CHF) !

That's the link. I hope it works. And yes I can confirm that this Snoopy was sold quite cheap. Nobody knows wether the buyer gets it or not. The seller is possibly not very happy with the auction

Thanks for the link, it works for me.
If this is real, It will IMO considerably lower the aftermaket sale of that silver snoopy!
How can you ask 15'000 $ for it after this !?

It was Switzerland only, which would have hugely reduced the potential market

Well, saving about 4000€ I would spent a short holiday there to pick it up.

Possibly not, but he is only taking payment by bank transfer, not Paypal, so it's now up to him to give those details to the buyer to complete the sale. Chances are he may go silent, ignore emails etc and sell it elsewhere.

Hi all,

Call me cynical but it looks like a scam to me as he was registered as a seller in Germany yet now will only ship in Switzerland first ringing of alarm bells . Also if you check his feedback most of his sales are for 1 Euro or other small amounts those bells are getting louder. I for one wouldn't dream of transferring any money into his bank a/c as am pretty sure that's the last I would see of it and no watch would arrive with no recourse. I would only deal with this guy if I was able to collect the watch and pay for it there in person and even then I wouldn't go alone. Of course I could be wrong but it will be interesting to see what if any feedback gets left for him on this sale. Also if you look at the bidding history you will notice most of the bidders are very low feedback scores so they may be new to E-Bay and not realise not paying by PayPal means no E-Bay buyer protection. I really hope some newbie to E-Bay hasn't been stung as that's a lot of money to lose.

One cannot begin to imagine the length of the bargepole with which I would not touch this.

What's the betting the low-feedback bidders battling it out at the start are the seller's own newly-created ebay identities.
Still, a fool and his money....are lucky to get together in the first place

the buyer is also new with no feedbacks, maybe a new user of the seller.

a lot of them selling on ebay literally create an account called 'silver snoopy' with no feedback just to sell it. Hoping my long term good feedback allows me to sell ok but i'm reluctant to send it overseas given the value however I know Ebay offer the worldwide shipping option that is then their responsibility to ensure it gets to the buyer once it leaves the UK (and lets face it the people paying the big bucks are all in the US!)
