Bought it for myself but somehow it did not please me that much (the case shape is not my cup of tea). So, one happy customer walked out with it last week...

Looks even better in pictures, the macro lens is unforgiving.

Incredible - most of us would kill for just one of these extremely rare beauties. Do you run a watch store, an auction house or did you just start collecting long ago?

I don't normally like case back engravings but this IMO is the rare exception that actually improves a watch.

Here's my humble contribution - my first good vintage watch and my only textured dial.

Oh man, this is a fantastic thread. Some of my favorite Omegas are ones with some dial texture.

This is my first vintage Omega ever in 18K rose gold:

This one is now with a different member, but I loved the linen dial on it!
