Hello OF, I think it would be fun if we had a thread to show our 2254, Peter Blake Seamasters around town or on an adventure. I own several other Omegas, and I have owned a dozen over the years, but the 2254 seems to me the quintessential modern Omega. I am inviting everyone to show their 2254s on adventures, whether it's to the pub, to a park, or up a mountain. I think this could turn into a great thread. I'll go first. Here is mine this evening with me enjoying a shepherd's pie at my old favorite Irish pub, Sullivan's Public House in Oxford, Michigan.
Great tread idea. That shepherds pie looks yummy! Here is mine on a boating trip in southern Norway. Sorry for the repost.
Sitting in my office. Not really ‘in action’! I’ll be at band practice later but never wear a watch when drumming so this will have to do!
My 2254.50 is the one watch in my collection I won’t ever part with. It was present and timing contractions for my favorite person’s first day!
Same. My 2254 was my first Omega (bought new in 2008) and while I wear my Speedmaster more often, I’d sooner part with it than this one.
Felt stupid taking this picture, but had to show everybody how tough my Seamaster is. Anyway its the rotating bits on a snow blower thats in need of straightening.
My 2254 is probably the watch that saw the most action. Was one of my first watches and was a daily driver for a few years. However i did a terrible mistake selling it two years ago.. and sold it for cheap... tried to buy it back but the prices seem to have risen since then. And even harder to find a non-polished example in full set. Here some of the action pics while traveling, hiking, paragliding, sweeming and so on.. Edit: juat in case somebody from Europe wants to get rid of one, let me know
