·Just came home from the Omega Boutique with my first Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional. Been coveting the new 3861 sapphire since it came out and I'm now the proud owner. It came on the bracelet and I also purchased the nylon/Cordura strap with deployant as well. Will try both for a while.

·Got it Monday and still smitten with it. Being my first ever I went with the Hesalite and couldn’t be happier. Stepped dial on the 3861 looks fantastic.

·Trying out an alternative to NATO and Erika's Original... Hawkrigger Calypso Riggerband. I find a traditional NATO bulky and Erika's Marine Nationale a tad expensive. I was pleasantly surprise with Hawkrigger's one - single pass, comfy and snug on the wrist. Nice tool feel re hook. Definitely a keeper! Most probably buy another colour style soon.

That was actually my first Omega watch I ever bought - it was sitting so long with the AD that they needed to heavily discount to get rid of it and I got tempted by this
