Just picked up a standard blue 300M from my AD, here it is pulling fuel tank timing duties.

Whoever sized the bracelet put a nick on the top of the lower left lug that I didn’t notice until I got it home...probably should have said something but it’s my daily watch and it’ll get more scratches and nicks anyway...especially in GA cockpits.

I freakin’ love the Seamaster, though. I’m down to a one-watch collection and this is it.

Amazing! Thanks for sharing. Enjoy the watch.

Mine says hi. Albeit from much more boring surroundings.

Unfortunately up here in Canada the white stuff can stick around for a while.

I recently inherited my grandfather's quartz Seamaster Deville... it's engraved on the case back from his company, Texaco, for 30 years of service in 1982. It's not his retirement watch, but the 30 year milestone. He was a chemist holding hundreds of patents for motor oil additives to make your car's engine run smoother and more efficient. He passed away this past spring (not Covid related), sadly alone in the hospital due to Covid restrictions, at 92.

Probably not much love for a quartz DeVille, but I will be honored to have this in my collection, that now includes 4 Omegas among others. He wore this and has all the service receipts tucked neatly inside the box.
