Does anyone have a ballpark idea of what a good price is for the TinTin? I've seen them around $3,500 "New"......

Thoughts?

Decent deal? Did they say they moved many of them?

Deal and Omega Boutique should never be used in the same sentence. They have sold quite a few.

Not the best sellet for sure. You might try an D. If one has a piece on stock he might want to get rid of it.

Hahah.....yup....thank you for that great insight. But wasn't sure if the boutiques were trying to unload them...or marked them up due to the potential LE of the model.

Either way....Jomashop has one for $3200. So....I'm just weighing my options....

I understand that the Tintin was recently available at the Omega Boutique in Dubai for up to 40% off...does anyone know if I can get that good a deal here in Canada?
rather good prices on the grey market, 3000 US bucks as far as I remember.

I am known as an insightful guy. 😁 Doesn't seem like they are trying to unload them. My boutique had to order it. The manager said they had sold their initial allotment. We have a few crazy collectors in Los Angeles so I'm sure they snapped them up. No one seems to know or want to discuss how many were actually produced. Another thread is charting the seriel numbers to try to get an idea of the actual number produced. I've heard as few as 500 and as many as 5000.

OK looking at this thread makes me want to cry LOL!!
I wish I would have bought one!
Seems fining a NOS one know will cost a small fortune 🙁

Killer watch, GREAT comic, what a shame they do not market better as said earlier.
Kudos to you smart enough to have gotten one

No reason to limit yourself to only NOS. I love my new-to-me moonwatch, you can find them in great shape even used.
Keep in mind though, you revived this thread from 2016... market's a bit different now.

Are you saying this person is pretending and will post one later after they reach the post minimum to sell?
Or that someone will see this person with an appetite and post theirs to flip a few extra shmeckles?

I had thought about buying the Tintin Speedmaster just so I could put this strap on it:

www.RubberB.com 20mm "Structure Series", "Red Devil" colouring.
Nice idea but 360 euro is not really cheap and for this price you can not choose the perfect length - that sounds not so perfect.
