When solvent H is mentioned is that the same as what Art restores sometimes call enzyme solution No. 13?

This is also what the radium dial painters would use to point the brush. (as did other artists who did fine work.)

Or as the military would say spit polish?

And while some dials do look like lollypops I do not think I would want to consume one.

No, it's a solvent that was used in the printing industry (and others), from what I understand. n-Heptane...

Ok rubber cement thinner.

Knowing what I do about printing and the dials I have worked on, I do not think I would want than anywhere near a dial or anything with latex based inks.

The second photo is so blurry it’s hard to see a difference between the two.
In any event I wouldn’t have a problem with the dial; the case is the problem.
