The pocket watch has been serviced recently. An original Longines NOS balance staff has been fitted.

The marks on the edge of the acrylic crystal are from the old glue used to keep the crystal in place. I decided not to remove the crystal because it is spotless and I didn't want to damage it. The enamel dial is in mint condition. The case is in good condition given its age and only has small wear and tear in a few places. All serial numbers on the case are matching and, from my research, all parts are original. The hinges of the case backs are in perfect condition.

The watch was manufactured in 1917 but it was invoiced to a dealer in 1919. Excerpt from the Longines archives:

"The original serial number 3'525'314 identifies a open face pocket watch in metal. It is fitted with a Longines manually wound mechanical movement, caliber 19.75N. It was invoiced on 30 May 1919 to the company Bessire, which was at that time our agent for Belgium."

The pocket watch is powered by a Longines 19.75N manual wind movement with 11 jewels and a power reserve of 38 hours. Case diameter is 50mm and thickness is 12,5mm.

The screws of the balance wheel in the movement need adjusting as time keeping is off, at the moment. Best it had was near perfect time keeping crown up (per 24 hours) and around 3 minutes off dial up but now it's off by a couple more minutes in each position.

I'm asking 160$ (shipping included) via Paypal. Shipped from the EU. Tracked shipping available only within the EU. PM for any questions or more photos.
