·Guys,
I'm looking for recommendation for servicing:
Rolex Datejust, last serviced & repaired by Rolex 2017. I did not have the best experience with them & felt that they carried out unnecessary work, but as the balance was broken the had me against the wall.
after 3 years it is now gaining 20-25 seconds p/d for the previous 17 years it was approx 4-5 seconds p/d.
Also a 2009 PO 2201.5000 this has never been serviced, runs very well and gains about 10 seconds per day. I'm not sure if it is worth servicing now as it will probably be put in its box for a while, will it do any harm to simply leave it unwound for a period.
I am based in the Wigan area of UK so recommendations around that area (Manchester/Liverpool/Warrington etc) would be appreciated.
Has anyone had any dealings with https://luxurywatchrepairs.com/ based in Harvey Nichols in Manchester?
Thanks in anticipation
