Service dial or not ?

Omega Seamaster Referee 1970 - has the 'stepped' face and as far as I can make out and the T either side of 'Swiss Made', does this mean it doesn't have a service dial?

Thanks Jimmy, I can see it but I don’t know anything about these models. It looks nice to me but I can’t usefully comment on the dial
