We will have around an hour or so of downtime in about 12 hours at 10PM GMT / 5PM CDT

Sorry for that being much longer than expected guys, the new facility turned out to have a defective network switch that took a long time to pin down and required a second move afterwards.

Should be all good now though and slightly faster too.
