Is it possible that a speedmaster with a 7876xxxx movement number (c. 2006) might not have a serial number engraved on the lug?

Edit: 3570.50 based on the serial.

My 3570.50.00 has 77062XXX laser engraved on the back of the lug.

Has been done since 1990 according to MWO.

During that period of time, many gray market dealers would polish off the serial number to try to hide the source of their watches. So it is possible to find one without the serial number, but it did not come from Omega that way.

The other possibility is a replacement case that was not serialized...
