Selling on Amazon(?) Wish Me Luck!

As some of you know, my main business is in the manufacture and sale of accessories for 2-seat roadsters, my brand being the most popular in the small niche (we are the big fish in the tiny pond of roadster luggage). Omegas I have always considered a side hobby biz.

Today it looks like it's going to start being much more serious. I have a call tomorrow with Amazon to discuss onboarding on their certified pre-owned watch program. (I've already sold my non-watch goods on Amazon for about 10 years).

It's not a foregone conclusion - over the years the roadster luggage biz has been invited by Tesla, Audi and GM to supply them with OEM fitted luggage for the Tesla Model S, Audi A8, and for a slew of Cadillacs and Corvettes, none of which had ever ended with a bulk order. Failure is a definite possibility here.

But if I do get in, I'll be one of the bigger fish in that Amazon pond too, probably supplying up to 30% of the pre-owned Omega watch inventory. - Sharing the excitement and anxiety with you guys - Wish me luck!

A to Z claims bro - they suck but I wish you much luck!
I know! Definitely an issue, but I'll never know exactly how bad it's going to be until I try!

Good Luck with your endeavor! Got to be nerve wracking for you, but I'm confident it will turn out well for you.

Interesting about that luggage...I've owned several Corvettes in my life and can't remember a single one that came with so much as a backpack. 😀

Good luck. It's good you already have experience with selling on Amazon. We have been selling there for 2+ years and there are some real challenges but given the number of sales orders they drive of our products, you tend to accept how they operate.

Good luck. I am a huge Amazon junkie, I was buying online before buying online was cool. While I have not bought a watch from you (yet), I have looked at your inventory a lot and you have some great stuff. I'll be watching for you and hopefully be a customer too.

Good fortune. Amazon serves my lazy habits well. Great service, horrible place to work.

Best of luck with it. Do you plan to trade through Amazon US only?

Not sure how the pre-owned watch program works on Amazon yet, but my non-watch widgets are sold on Amazon US, CA, UK, DE, FR, ES, and IT. Used to sell on Amazon JP but shut that down some years back.

I'm not familiar with this program:

"certified pre-owned watch program"

Can you explain what the "certified" entails? Is this like buying a "certified series" used BMW that has gone through a maintenance check and is deemed to be in good working order and comes with a warranty, or this this just about authenticity?

Cheers, Al
