路Hi there,
Catch and release for me this time -- I impulse purchased this lovely SLA037 but after trying it on decided I just want an original 62mas instead.
So, for your consideration is a nice full set SLA037 with all box and papers and a spare Blue tropic strap. This is a limited edition of 1,100 pieces and features a Seiko Caliber 8L55 movement. You can read about the SLA037 in this article here: https://www.hodinkee.com/articles/seiko-55th-anniversary-dive-watches-sla037-sla039-sla041
This example in particular is in pretty good condition with no real marks on the bezel / crystal / dial / lugs.
When I purchased it, there was a scratch on the caseback (see photos below) from someone being a little careless with a caseback tool. I thought of polishing it off, but it never bothered me since I never see it anyway. Regardless, because I'm not keeping it, I think it should be for the next owner to decide.
Watch is running perfectly -- no problems to report.
Price is $4,300 (let's try $4,000) including FedEx overnight priority shipping in the US -- or best offer (always open to hearing them out, bit difficult to price because of the scratch).. Payment via PayPal f&f or wire. I could maybe entertain trades with cash either way, looking for:
- Doxa Sub 300 Silver Lung re-issue
- Vintage 62mas with Daini lume
- Vintage chronometres
- Vintage railroad issue watches
- Any watches from watchmaking schools
Plenty of references if you need 馃榾.
I'm not super comfortable shipping this internationally since the box is big, but maybe we can figure it out if you are keen.

(This really is a gorgeous watch, the blue dial and the case finishing are sublime in all lighting conditions. The lume is generous -- it just beams in the dark. I find myself experimenting with modern watches hoping they'll stick, but they rarely do for me, so someone else should enjoy this).
