·When I first got into vintage Seiko I saw a picture of this watch and knew this was ‘the one’. I didn’t know about VFA’s or even where this stood in the evolution of GS but the towering markers were like nothing else I’d ever seen. Shame about the spots at the edge of the dial but if it were mint it would be beyond my means and I still feel very lucky to own it. Yesterday’s pics...
