This is a vintage Seiko Navigator 6117 8000 in very good condition. It's one of the better looking vintage Seikos with beautiful dark gray sunburst dial and silver bezel. Size is just perfect at 38mm and the oyster bracelet matches the watch well. It is water proof up to 70m.
